Our jewelry is all set in stainless steel so you never need to worry about it turning and it is hypoallergenic! However, leaving it exposed to water for a prolonged amount of time could damage the mother of pearl and abalone shell inlay, so while it is fine if you get caught in the rain or splashed by some water, we do recommend taking it off before swimming and showering.
